Job Location: Kuwait

LIT SMART HOME is seeking skilled Smart Home Technicians to join its team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining smart home and low-voltage systems while ensuring all electrical work complies with technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements.

SMART HOME TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Proficient in reading electrical schematics and AutoCAD drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Experience in electrical civil works, including wall chiseling and accurate installation of back boxes.
  • Good English communication skills (speaking and reading).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain smart home systems, including lighting control, automation, security, and other integrated solutions.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and AutoCAD drawings.
  • Install electrical wiring and components for single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
  • Perform electrical civil works, including wall chiseling, conduit installation, and accurate fixing of back boxes.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair smart home equipment and electrical systems.
  • Ensure installations comply with electrical codes, company standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project supervisors and other technicians to complete installations on schedule.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Prepare installation and service reports as required.
