Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in retail, customer service, promotions, entertainment, or a related field.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable wearing a mascot costume for extended periods and performing promotional activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers of all ages.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to promote products and encourage purchases.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and perform promotional activities for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and promotional events.

Responsibilities:

• Wear the assigned mascot costume during promotional events, store activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.
• Engage with children, families, and shoppers through friendly interactions, gestures, and photo opportunities.
• Provide customers with information about products, features, promotions, and pricing.
• Promote featured products and encourage customer purchases through effective product presentations.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to help achieve sales targets.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and refer complex concerns to the appropriate staff when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining attractive product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
• Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system when assigned.
• Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
• Follow company policies, customer service standards, and workplace safety procedures while wearing the mascot costume.
• Maintain the mascot costume in clean and presentable condition and report any damage or maintenance needs.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
