Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- With knowledge and experience in SMAW, MIG/GMAW, TIG/GTAW, or other welding processes.
- Has the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Skilled in operating and handling welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and other welding equipment.
- With knowledge of different metals, welding materials, electrodes, and welding techniques.

- Ability to perform welding, cutting, fitting, alignment, and fabrication work.
- Able to inspect welds and identify defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut, and incomplete fusion.
- Familiar with proper welding safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Good attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, strong, and high-quality welds.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal structures, machinery, equipment, and components.
- Perform welding work according to blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Operate welding machines using appropriate methods such as SMAW, MIG/GMAW, and TIG/GTAW.
- Cut, fit, align, and assemble metal components before welding.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure proper strength, quality, and accuracy.
- Perform grinding, cleaning, cutting, and finishing of welded surfaces.
- Repair and modify metal structures, machinery, and equipment as required.
- Select appropriate welding materials, electrodes, wires, and equipment for each job.
- Set up, operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
- Identify welding defects and perform necessary corrections or repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures, welding standards, and company policies.
- Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors, fabricators, mechanics, and other team members to complete assigned work.
