CNC Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience as a CNC Machine Operator, preferably operating CNC press brake machines.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Experience in CNC machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and the use of precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to identify production defects and ensure finished products meet required quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of preventive machine maintenance and equipment care.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, operate, and monitor CNC machines in accordance with technical drawings, production plans, and work instructions.
- Load raw materials into CNC machines and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, engineering specifications, and work orders.
- Inspect finished products using appropriate measuring tools to ensure compliance with quality standards and dimensional specifications.
- Monitor machine performance during production and make necessary adjustments to maintain product accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify machine malfunctions, tooling issues, or production defects and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, lubrication, and routine preventive maintenance.
- Replace or adjust tooling as required to maintain production quality.
- Maintain accurate production records, inspection reports, and machine operation logs.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products.
- Follow company quality assurance procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with workplace health and safety regulations and company operating procedures.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
