Hofmann Personal is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Electronics Production Workers to join an electronics manufacturing environment in the Czech Republic. The role involves detailed assembly and production tasks requiring good fine motor skills, accuracy, patience, and the ability to follow technical instructions and work procedures.

ELECTRONICS PRODUCTION WORKER

Qualifications:

• Maximum age: 35 years old.
• Must be a first-time overseas worker.
• Must have previous work experience in an electronics production or manufacturing environment.
• Basic ability to understand electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Good fine motor skills and manual dexterity for detailed assembly and soldering work.
• Ability to perform precise and repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
• Reliable, accurate, patient, and responsible approach to work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or assembly errors.
• Willingness to work morning and afternoon shifts.
  Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to comply with production procedures, workplace rules, and safety requirements.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and production tasks for electronic components and products according to established procedures.
• Assemble small and detailed electronic components using appropriate hand tools and production equipment.
• Carry out soldering and other precision assembly tasks as required.
• Read and understand basic electrical diagrams, technical drawings, assembly instructions, and work specifications.
• Follow production procedures, technical instructions, and quality requirements accurately.
• Check components and assembled products for visible defects, incorrect assembly, or other quality issues.
• Perform visual and basic functional checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Handle electronic components carefully to prevent damage during assembly and production.
• Use hand tools, measuring equipment, soldering equipment, and other production tools safely and correctly.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency when performing repetitive or detailed production tasks.
• Meet assigned production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free from unnecessary materials or hazards.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and proper handling practices for electronic components and production equipment.
• Report defective components, equipment problems, production issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper organization of components, tools, and work materials.
• Work effectively during morning and afternoon shifts as assigned.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production leaders.
• Work independently when required while cooperating effectively with other members of the production team.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the employment period.
• Perform other electronics production and assembly duties assigned by management.
