Production Operator (Machine Setter)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology)
• At least 2 years of experience in machine and equipment maintenance, preferably in an automated production environment (servicing and maintaining production machines and automated systems)
• Hands-on expertise in Industrial robots, Pneumatics, Robotics, Sensor technology

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the production line with focus on safety and product quality.
• Carry out basic maintenance and adjustments of machines and equipment.
• Set up and check TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities on each machine.
• Change machine settings when switching to a different product according to the production plan.
• Work with spare parts and tools, keep stock records and order replacements when needed.
• Save and manage backup copies of machine and robot programs
