Grapecare Limited is seeking qualified and experienced CNC Press Brake Operators to work in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will operate CNC press brake and bending machines, prepare and position materials, interpret technical drawings and blueprints, create and adjust bending programs, and ensure finished components meet required dimensions and quality standards. Experience with Durma, Delem DA-66T, or similar machines is preferred.

CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male, 25–45 years old.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CNC Press Brake or CNC Bending Machines.
• Experience with Durma, Delem DA-66T, or similar CNC press brake machines is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, dimensions, and specifications.
• Capable of creating, modifying, and adjusting CNC bending programs based on production requirements.
• Knowledge of press brake setup, tooling, bending sequences, machine parameters, and dimensional control.
• Strong understanding of metal bending processes and safe material handling.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality components.
• Ability to use measuring tools and inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy.
• Crane Operator and Rigger certification is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on work in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC press brake and CNC bending machines safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and position metal sheets, plates, and other materials for bending operations.
• Set up press brake machines, tooling, dies, and workpieces according to production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, dimensions, and bending specifications.
• Create, enter, modify, and adjust CNC bending programs based on production requirements.
• Set appropriate bending angles, pressure, back gauge positions, tooling configurations, and machine parameters.
• Perform test bends and make necessary program or machine adjustments to achieve accurate results.
• Operate machines to produce accurately formed and consistently shaped metal components.
• Check material type, thickness, dimensions, and condition before starting production.
• Measure finished components using appropriate measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect bends, angles, lengths, shapes, and overall workmanship against approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and correct bending defects, dimensional errors, improper angles, and other production issues.
• Perform routine machine checks and report mechanical, electrical, or programming problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Properly handle and position metal sheets and finished components using appropriate lifting and material-handling methods.
• Work safely with cranes, lifting equipment, and other workshop equipment when authorized and qualified.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
• Keep machines, tooling, workstations, and production areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with fabricators, welders, CNC operators, supervisors, and other production personnel.
• Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within required deadlines.
• Minimize material waste through accurate programming, setup, measurement, and production practices.
• Perform other CNC bending, fabrication, and workshop duties assigned by management.
