TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to support construction and precast concrete operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will perform general labor duties, including material handling, site cleaning, and assisting skilled trades while ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
CONSTRUCTION LABORER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Age: 24–40 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Construction Laborer or in a related construction role.
- Experience in material handling, site preparation, and general construction work.
- Skilled in using basic hand tools commonly used in construction.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials.
- Willing to perform manual labor in various weather and site conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general construction labor duties as assigned by the Site Foreman or Supervisor.
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment around the worksite.
- Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, welders, rebar workers, and concrete crews with daily construction activities.
- Clean and maintain construction sites by removing debris, waste materials, and other hazards.
- Operate basic hand tools and assist in preparing materials for construction work.
- Help with setting up and dismantling temporary work areas, barriers, and equipment.
- Assist in lifting, carrying, and positioning construction materials safely.
- Follow site instructions, work schedules, and established construction procedures.
- Observe and comply with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or incidents to the Site Foreman immediately.
- Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Perform other manual labor and construction support duties assigned by management.
