Treasury & Cash Management

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) holder.
• Strong experience in treasury management, cash management, banking operations, or financial management is preferred.
• Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliation, treasury accounting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Good knowledge of banking processes, financial controls, and treasury risk management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information and work with minimal supervision.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity and effective working capital management.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, financial models, and treasury-related reports to support management decision-making.
• Monitor and reconcile company cash positions across all bank accounts and business units.
• Manage treasury accounting activities and ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all treasury transactions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Coordinate and negotiate banking services, facilities, and arrangements while monitoring associated banking costs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate treasury-related financial risks through appropriate controls and risk management procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of treasury transactions, including fund transfers and banking operations.
• Monitor cash availability and coordinate funding requirements to support uninterrupted business operations.
• Maintain proper documentation for treasury transactions, banking activities, and financial controls.
• Support internal and external audits by providing complete and accurate treasury documentation and records.
• Ensure treasury operations comply with applicable financial regulations, company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other departments regarding cash management and treasury requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, cash utilization, banking efficiency, and working capital management.
