Jizan Perfume LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounting department. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial management, efficient workflow, and compliance with company policies.

Account Manager

Qualifications:

• Female applicants preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Mass Communications, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the accounting departments, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures, ensuring policies, processes, and procedures are documented and shared with relevant team members.
• Assess training needs and provide on-the-job or formal training for accounting teams.
• Review daily performance of accounting teams and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
• Process month-end and year-end accounting entries accurately.
• Review key reconciliations conducted by AR, AP, and Purchasing teams.
• Monitor and analyze the timeliness and accuracy of accounting transactions to support financial reporting.
• Oversee preparation and posting of monthly and annual journal entries (with approval).
• Provide regular financial reports to management as required.
• Assign responsibilities to accounting teams and monitor performance.
• Participate in objective setting and performance reviews of accounting team members.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to identify areas for improvement and implement recommended changes.
