FEMALE HEAD NURSE
Qualifications:
- Female, 24 to 45 years old.
- Diploma in Physical Therapy.
- Must be a Registered Physical Therapist (PRC).
- Must have a valid Saudi License for Physiotherapy.
- 1 to 2 years of hospital experience.
- Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and rehabilitation procedures.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to supervise staff and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Physically and emotionally fit for hospital-based duties.
- Strong attention to patient care quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing and physiotherapy staff in assigned hospital units.
- Oversee patient care plans and ensure proper rehabilitation therapy is delivered.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in coordination with doctors and therapists.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
- Conduct assessments and support implementation of physiotherapy treatments.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff and support team development.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for patient recovery plans.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
- Monitor quality of care and implement improvements when necessary.
- Support hospital management in achieving healthcare service standards.

- 4,500 TO 5,500 SAUDI RIYALS – BASIC SALARY :
- 350 SAUDI RIYALS – Food Allowance
- 850 SAR – SPECIALIZATION ALLOWANCE PER MONTH
