Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, contract administration, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 42 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and quantity surveying or cost estimation software is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQs) based on project drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents, quotations, and contract variations.
• Conduct cost analysis and recommend value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.
• Review and certify subcontractor progress claims, invoices, and payment applications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and procurement teams on cost-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, variations, and financial reports.
• Prepare periodic cost reports, forecasts, and budget updates for management.
• Assist in contract administration, claims management, and final account preparation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and industry standards.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
