Nail Care Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in nail care and beauty services.
• Proven skills in professional manicure, pedicure, gel application and removal, acrylic techniques, and nail art.
• Strong knowledge of nail care procedures and beauty-service standards.
• Willing to provide home-service treatments and travel to client locations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a client-focused attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in nail design.
• Knowledge of proper hygiene, sanitation, sterilization, and infection-control practices.
• Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
• Able to work independently and manage client appointments effectively.
• Physically fit and capable of performing nail care services for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services according to client preferences and company standards.
• Prepare, clean, trim, shape, and care for fingernails and toenails.
• Apply and remove gel polish and gel nail systems safely and professionally.
• Perform acrylic nail application, maintenance, and removal.
• Create customized nail art and decorative designs based on client requests.
• Assess nail condition and recommend appropriate nail care and aftercare practices.
• Provide professional and personalized beauty services to clients.
• Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization of nail tools and equipment.
• Clean and disinfect workstations before and after each client service.
• Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service environment.
• Provide home-service nail treatments and travel to client locations as required.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, preferences, and treatment requirements.
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
• Recommend appropriate nail care products and aftercare when applicable.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, and service quality.
• Manage appointments and arrive at client locations on time.
• Maintain and properly store tools, equipment, and beauty supplies.
• Perform other nail care and beauty-related duties assigned by management.
