Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Assistant Planner to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will support project planning and scheduling activities by developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules, analyzing project progress, and assisting in the timely delivery of construction projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of planning software, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.

ASSISTANT PLANNER

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in project planning, scheduling, or construction management.
• Ability to read and interpret federal, state, and local municipal codes.
• Proficient in planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, development, and maintenance of detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules based on actual site performance.
• Support project planning activities, including resource allocation, progress measurement, and schedule forecasting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, progress updates, and schedule analyses.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect progress data and ensure schedule accuracy.
• Identify potential schedule delays and recommend corrective actions to support project objectives.
• Utilize planning and scheduling software to develop, monitor, and update project schedules.
• Review project documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, engineering standards, and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing project documentation for management and client reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in project planning and scheduling processes.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 6,000 – AED 9,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
