Enova Facilities Management Services LLC is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Technician (Mechanical) to support facility management operations in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems and equipment across large-scale facilities such as malls, airports, residential buildings, and commercial properties.
SENIOR TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of technical qualifications/training.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Facility Management Projects.
- Experience in malls, airports, residential buildings, commercial buildings, or similar large facilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance.
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and respond to maintenance issues efficiently.
- Physically fit and capable of working in different facility environments.
- Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to established schedules and procedures.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Inspect and maintain mechanical equipment, machinery, pumps, motors, valves, and related systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential mechanical problems before failures occur.
- Respond promptly to mechanical breakdowns and facility maintenance requests.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, technical specifications, and maintenance instructions.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure mechanical systems operate safely, efficiently, and within required performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, contractors, and other facility management teams.
- Follow company maintenance procedures, workplace safety requirements, and applicable technical standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, spare parts, and assigned work areas properly.
- Assist in improving equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and facility operations.
- Perform other mechanical and facility management duties as assigned.
