Alslalem Aldawleyah Recruitment Office is seeking reliable and hardworking Workshop Workers to assist with assembly, fabrication, repair, maintenance, and general workshop operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will prepare materials and components, operate hand and power tools, assist skilled workers, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop environment.

WORKSHOP WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a workshop, fabrication, manufacturing, mechanical, maintenance, or similar environment.
• At least High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Basic knowledge of workshop operations, assembly, fabrication, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to safely use common hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on workshop duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and workplace procedures accurately.
• Basic understanding of measurements, tools, materials, and components.
• Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn new workshop skills.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced workshop environment and support skilled technicians and other workers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers and technicians with assembly, fabrication, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare materials, components, tools, and equipment required for workshop and production tasks.
• Assist in assembling products, equipment, machinery, and structural components according to instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely and correctly as required.
• Assist with cutting, drilling, grinding, filing, measuring, fitting, and other basic workshop activities.
• Load, unload, move, and properly position materials and components within the workshop.
• Assist with the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, tools, and other workshop items.
• Follow technical instructions, work orders, drawings, measurements, and specifications provided by supervisors or skilled technicians.
• Inspect materials and components for visible damage, defects, or irregularities before use.
• Prepare surfaces, parts, and materials for fabrication, assembly, repair, or finishing.
• Keep tools, equipment, materials, and work areas clean and properly organized.
• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance of workshop tools and equipment as instructed.
• Assist with handling and storage of materials, spare parts, tools, and finished products.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow workshop safety procedures.
• Report damaged tools, faulty equipment, unsafe conditions, or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper housekeeping to reduce workplace hazards and ensure an efficient working environment.
• Assist with lifting and positioning heavy materials using appropriate equipment or safe manual-handling techniques.
• Coordinate with mechanics, fabricators, welders, technicians, and other workshop personnel.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety regulations, and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other general workshop duties assigned by management.
