The National Banking Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead Finance Reporting & Compliance functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.

Senior Manager – Finance Reporting & Compliance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional license required; CPA designation preferred.
• Extensive experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing audits and financial reporting processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial closing processes.
• Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Monitor changes in financial regulations and implement necessary updates.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Supervise finance and accounting teams, supporting professional development.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory and regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with other departments on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions to management.
