Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Structure) to oversee and coordinate structural engineering activities for construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural works are executed according to approved plans, technical specifications, project schedules, and quality standards while coordinating with project teams to achieve successful project delivery.

PROJECT ENGINEER (STRUCTURE)

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
  Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in structural engineering or construction projects.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar structural engineering applications.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, engineering standards, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate structural engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review structural drawings, calculations, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure structural works are completed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site engineers to resolve technical and structural issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, material submittals, and project documentation.
• Analyze structural designs and recommend practical engineering solutions when necessary.
• Utilize engineering software to perform structural analysis, design verification, and drawing preparation.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within the approved schedule and budget.
• Support project planning, quality control, and project closeout activities.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 12,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
