EYELASH TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in eyelash extension application.
• Skilled in applying eyelash extensions safely and precisely using professional adhesive.
• Knowledge of different lash extension styles, lengths, curls, and application techniques.
• Good understanding of salon hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Patient, detail-oriented, gentle, and able to work carefully with clients.
• Willing to follow salon standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Apply eyelash extensions to natural lashes using appropriate professional, medical-grade adhesives and techniques.
• Assess clients’ natural lashes and recommend suitable extension lengths, curls, and styles based on their preferences and lash condition.
• Ensure extensions are applied safely, precisely, and comfortably while maintaining a natural and professional appearance.
• Properly prepare clients and workstations before each eyelash extension service.
• Follow strict salon hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures to prevent irritation and infection.
• Clean and sanitize eyelash tools, equipment, and work areas before and after every client.
• Provide clients with clear instructions on proper eyelash extension aftercare and maintenance.
• Recommend suitable aftercare products and explain proper usage to help maintain lash extensions.
• Monitor clients for discomfort or adverse reactions and respond appropriately according to salon procedures.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
