Delmon Group is seeking an experienced Thread Rolling Operator to operate and maintain thread rolling machines used in the production of bolts, nuts, fasteners, anchor bolts, and U-bolts in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for machine setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, dimensional inspection, and quality control to ensure threaded products meet technical specifications and production standards.

Thread Rolling Operator – for Bolts and Nuts

 Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Thread Rolling Operator.
• Experienced in operating thread rolling machines for bolts, nuts, fasteners, anchor bolts, and U-bolts.
• Knowledgeable in machine setup, adjustment, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiar with thread gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of thread types, including UNC, UNF, and 8UN.
• Experienced in quality inspection and maintaining required production and quality standards.
• Good understanding of thread rolling processes, tooling, dimensional requirements, and product specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify dimensional and thread-quality defects.
• Physically fit and capable of working efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Willing to follow workplace safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work efficiently in a production-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate thread rolling machines for the production of bolts, nuts, fasteners, anchor bolts, and U-bolts.
• Set up thread rolling machines according to production requirements, material specifications, and thread dimensions.
• Install and adjust dies, tooling, guides, and other machine components as required.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve the correct thread profile, pitch, diameter, and overall dimensions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and production instructions.
• Select appropriate tooling and machine parameters based on the required thread type and product specifications.
• Monitor machine operation and production output to maintain consistent product quality.
• Inspect threaded products for dimensional accuracy, surface condition, thread profile, and other quality requirements.
• Use thread gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions.
• Check thread specifications such as UNC, UNF, and 8UN according to technical requirements.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections and identify defective or non-conforming products.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to correct dimensional or thread-related defects.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and report mechanical or operational issues to the appropriate supervisor or maintenance personnel.
• Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of thread rolling machines and associated equipment.
• Maintain proper production records, inspection results, and machine operation documentation.
• Follow established production procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Properly handle raw materials, finished products, tools, and machine components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing work area.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Minimize material waste and production downtime through proper machine operation and monitoring.
• Follow company policies and instructions from supervisors and perform other related duties as assigned.
