Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Co. (SPIMACO) is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and reliability of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and facilities in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently while complying with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and safety regulations.

Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Technical knowledge and practical experience in equipment maintenance related to the position.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical equipment issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Inspect, test, and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance schedules, and technical work instructions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, and service documentation.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to company policies.
