Joemar Development Ltd is seeking a skilled Mason specializing in tile setting and plastering to join construction projects in the Marshall Islands. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishing work.
MASON
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason (Tile Setting & Plastering)
- At least a high school graduate
- Strong knowledge of tile types and plastering techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Skilled in using masonry tools and equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong workmanship skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform tile setting, plastering, and related masonry works
- Prepare surfaces for tiling and plaster application
- Measure, cut, and install tiles accurately according to layout plans
- Apply plaster to walls and surfaces to achieve smooth finishes
- Read and interpret construction drawings and layout plans
- Use tools such as trowels, levels, tile cutters, and other masonry equipment
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
