Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer (Finishes) to join its construction team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising finishing works, ensuring that architectural finishes are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and expertise in architectural drawings and construction coordination.

PROJECT ENGINEER (FINISHES)

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in construction, architectural finishes, or fit-out projects.
• Strong ability to interpret, prepare, and execute architectural and shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Thorough understanding of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all architectural and finishing works on assigned projects.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Prepare, update, and revise shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit as required.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure finishing works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Resolve technical issues related to architectural finishes and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, material submittals, inspection requests, and other project documentation.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within budget and schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Support project closeout activities, including final inspections and documentation.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 7,000 – AED 12,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
