Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and shop drawings for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in drafting software and the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.

DRAFTSMEN

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 42 years old.
• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Vocational Training in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience as a Draftsman in construction or engineering projects.
• High proficiency in drafting software, particularly AutoCAD and other relevant CAD applications.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, drafting standards, and construction documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings based on engineering and architectural requirements.
• Develop and revise drawings using AutoCAD and other applicable drafting software.
• Interpret engineering and architectural drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness.
• Incorporate revisions and updates into drawings as required by project changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, applicable codes, and company procedures.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
• Assist in resolving drafting and design-related issues during project execution.
• Support project teams by providing accurate and timely drafting services.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within project schedules and quality standards.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
