Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Design Engineer to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and optimizing engineering designs while ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications. This role requires strong technical expertise, proficiency in leading CAD software, and the ability to identify and resolve design issues efficiently.

TECHNICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in technical design engineering.
• With specialized software mastery and industry-recognized certifications.
• Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and SketchUp.
• Strong ability to identify design flaws and implement rapid engineering corrections.
• Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and modify engineering drawings, layouts, and technical designs based on project requirements.
• Develop detailed design solutions that comply with applicable engineering codes, standards, and specifications.
• Utilize CAD software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and SketchUp, to create accurate engineering models and drawings.
• Identify design flaws, technical issues, and potential project risks, and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Review technical documents, calculations, material specifications, and engineering reports.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering activities, and technical meetings.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables are completed within project schedules and quality standards.
• Support project execution by providing technical guidance and resolving design-related concerns during construction.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, engineering technologies, and relevant software advancements.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 12,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
