Enova Facilities Management Services LLC is seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Technician (Electrical) to support electrical maintenance and facility management operations in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that facility equipment operates safely and efficiently across commercial, residential, mall, airport, and other large-scale facilities.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of technical qualifications/training.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Facility Management Projects.
  • Experience working in malls, airports, residential buildings, commercial buildings, or similar large facilities is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple maintenance requirements.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in different facility environments.
    Reliable, safety-conscious, and responsible.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable operation of facility electrical systems.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and determine appropriate repair solutions.
  • Inspect electrical panels, wiring, lighting systems, switches, sockets, motors, and related equipment.
  • Carry out routine testing and maintenance of electrical equipment.
  • Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and technical maintenance requests.
  • Monitor the condition and performance of electrical systems and report potential problems.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are completed according to established procedures and schedules.
  • Maintain proper records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment conditions.
  • Follow facility management procedures, electrical safety standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, technicians, contractors, and other facility management personnel.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Perform other electrical and facility maintenance duties as assigned.
