Babysitter
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only.
- With overseas experience: 25–45 years old.
- Without overseas experience: 24–39 years old.
- Applicants aged 46 years old are welcome to apply if they have overseas experience and know how to cook Arabic food.
- Previous experience as a babysitter, nanny, caregiver, or domestic helper is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Arabic cooking is highly preferred for qualified applicants.
- Patient, caring, trustworthy, and passionate about working with children.
- Physically fit and capable of handling childcare responsibilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and responsible care for infants and children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Supervise children’s daily activities, including playtime, learning, meals, and rest.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages according to the children’s schedule.
- Assist children with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Organize age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that support children’s development.
- Accompany children to school, appointments, or outdoor activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s bedrooms, play areas, toys, and personal belongings.
- Wash, iron, and organize children’s clothing and linens as needed.
- Monitor children’s health and immediately report any illness, injury, or unusual behavior to the employer.
- Follow household rules and parents’ instructions regarding childcare routines and discipline.
- Prepare simple meals for the family when required; knowledge of Arabic cuisine is an advantage.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for the family’s privacy.
- Perform light household duties related to childcare as assigned by the employer.
