Carpenter Automotive & Transport Limited / Boroko Motors is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Executive to join its team in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling genuine automotive parts and accessories, assisting customers with product selection, managing parts inquiries, and supporting the achievement of sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in automotive parts sales, parts interpretation, or dealership parts operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle components.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory or dealership management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell automotive parts and accessories to retail, trade, and corporate customers.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts based on vehicle specifications and requirements.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and service departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or fast-moving items.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and departmental sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
