CAREGIVER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in caregiving or related roles.
- Female applicants are preferred.
- High school diploma required; further education is an advantage.
- CPR training and prior caregiving experience are preferred.
- Professional, friendly, and patient attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to clients’ individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and bathroom functions.
- Follow prescribed healthcare plans, including assisting with exercise routines and administering medication when needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and comfortable home environment for the client.
- Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship to clients during daily tasks.
- Assist with mobility, including helping clients in and out of beds, chairs, or wheelchairs.
- Transport or escort clients to medical appointments and other activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in health, behavior, or daily needs to supervisors or family members.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain a hygienic environment.
