Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) holder.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- NCLEX Passers are highly preferred.
- Non-NCLEX Passers are also welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in emergency room, hospital, or clinical settings.
- Experience in emergency care, trauma care, or critical care nursing is an advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo orientation, screening, and recruitment processes for USRN opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate and professional nursing care to patients in emergency situations.
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize care needs, and respond quickly to medical emergencies.
- Assist physicians and healthcare teams during emergency treatments and procedures.
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control procedures.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Participate in orientation, training, and recruitment activities related to USRN career pathways.
- Attend the Face-to-Face Interview with US Recruiters on June 25, 2026, as scheduled.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams regarding application requirements and documentation processes.
