This agency is honorable. All domestic helpers here come from agents, and who stand as owner of this agency is Mr. Alpesh an Indian. He makes many promises to agents about big commissions, but after deployment of workers, he pays less because he charges all costs from the process. Also, for Skilled Workers or domestic helpers, he promises a lot of financial assistance and good stories about their Foreign Recruitment Agency. But if you are deployed from many bad employers you will never contact them and if that is happen you contacted them they will push you to stay until you finish the 3-month probationary period, just to hand off their responsibility to their FRA for replacement concern. Or the cost paid by the employer to them. Also, for skilled placement fees, they added documentation of Php 10,000 and Value Added Tax form your 1month salary as Placement Fee, which exceeds the allowed amount. The legal agency can collect an amount not more than one month's salary of the worker, as stated in the OEC. For example, if your salary in OEC is SAR 1,500, your Placement fee should not exceed that amount, inclusive of all VAT and other fees. You should pay for medical fees directly to the clinic, and biometric fees to Tasheel. The only amount you should pay to the agency is the one-month equivalent of your salary (inclusive tax).
