Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is seeking a responsible and safety-focused Safety Steward to support health, safety, and security operations in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring safety compliance, assisting with crowd and emergency management, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring a safe environment in accordance with international health and safety standards.

SAFETY STEWARD

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in safety, security, event operations, construction, or related fields.
• Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety or an equivalent qualification.
• Certified in Basic First Aid and CPR.
• Specialized skills in crowd management, public safety, communication, and emergency response.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards, risk assessment, hazard identification, and accident prevention.
• Good observation skills, attention to detail, and ability to respond effectively during emergencies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor work areas and public spaces to ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Identify potential hazards, unsafe conditions, and risks, and report them immediately to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in implementing health, safety, and emergency response procedures.
• Support crowd management activities and maintain safe movement and access within designated areas.
• Conduct safety observations and assist in accident prevention initiatives.
• Provide basic first aid and emergency assistance when required.
• Support emergency response activities, including evacuation procedures and incident management.
• Communicate safety instructions clearly to workers, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare safety reports, incident records, and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international HSE standards.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
