Carpenter Automotive & Transport Limited / Boroko Motors is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to lead vehicle sales operations and drive business growth in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the vehicle sales team, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved while delivering excellent customer service.
VEHICLE SALES MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in vehicle sales, dealership operations, or automotive sales management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, sales techniques, and dealership processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily vehicle sales operations and sales team performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales personnel to maximize productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Manage the complete vehicle sales process, including customer inquiries, negotiations, and vehicle deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for management review.
- Coordinate with finance, service, and administrative teams to ensure smooth vehicle transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company sales procedures and customer service standards.
- Promote customer satisfaction and support long-term customer retention.
