SRACO Human Resources is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers for placement in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will provide quality care and assistance to elderly individuals, persons with disabilities, or patients requiring daily support. The role involves promoting clients’ comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
CAREGIVER
Qualifications:
- Female or Male, 40 years old and below.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Must possess a valid National Certificate II (NC II) in Caregiving.
- Must have a Certificate of Employment (COE) verifying relevant work experience.
- Must hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to clients’ individual care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living.
- Prepare and serve meals while supporting clients’ nutritional needs.
- Monitor clients’ physical and emotional condition and report any significant changes.
- Provide basic first aid and perform Basic Life Support (BLS) when necessary and within the scope of training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support while respecting clients’ privacy and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members or healthcare professionals.
- Follow infection control practices and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
