AUTOPRO OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the automotive service industry.
• Must have experience working with international automotive brands such as Toyota, Maruti Suzuki, Chevrolet, Mercedes-Benz, Škoda, or similar manufacturers.
• Strong experience in tires, wheel alignment, balancing, engine maintenance, and automotive servicing.
• Proficient in using technical scanning tools, diagnostic equipment, and computerized vehicle diagnostic systems.
• Experience in inspecting vehicle mechanical components, engine systems, and related automotive equipment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ability to diagnose vehicle problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Good understanding of workshop safety procedures and quality standards.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles and assess their mechanical, electrical, and engine conditions.
• Perform vehicle diagnostics using technical scanning tools and specialized automotive equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacement, and general vehicle inspections.
• Conduct tire services such as fitting, balancing, rotation, and wheel alignment.
• Diagnose automotive faults and perform necessary repairs or recommend corrective actions.
• Inspect engine performance and identify issues affecting vehicle reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Test vehicles after servicing to verify proper operation and repair effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and work documentation.
• Assist customers by explaining vehicle conditions, service recommendations, and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and workstations are maintained in clean and safe working condition.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations, quality procedures, and environmental guidelines.
• Support team productivity and contribute to delivering excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
