Senior Mechanic

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience, preferably in a dealership, workshop, or service center
• Hands-on experience with both heavy and light vehicles
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment
• Willing to work in the Fiji Islands

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems in heavy and light vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on vehicles
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Assist in supervising and mentoring junior technicians
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repairs
