JUNIOR CIVIL/STRUCTURAL

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) holder.
• Fresh graduates and first-time applicants are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
• Understanding of load calculations including dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and seismic loads.
• Familiarity with the design of beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and other structural components.
• Knowledge of engineering drafting and structural detailing.
• Experience or familiarity with 2D drafting and 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) software is an advantage.
• Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in structural analysis and design calculations for various construction projects.
• Prepare and review designs for beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and related structural elements.
• Create and update 2D engineering drawings and 3D BIM models.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and assist in resolving technical and field construction issues.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Review structural drawings and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support project planning, documentation, and engineering reports.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist senior engineers in project execution and technical coordination activities.
