CARPENTER (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be 22 to 35 years old.
- Must be at least a high school graduate.
- With relevant experience in carpentry, construction, or related fields.
- Experience in formwork, finishing, framing, or general carpentry work is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of performing construction and manual labor activities.
- Willing to undergo FREE Japanese language training.
- Ability to work in outdoor construction environments and varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and willingness to learn Japanese work practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry works including measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wooden structures and building components.
- Construct and install frameworks, formworks, partitions, and other structural elements according to project requirements.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and construction activities.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and installation of carpentry structures.
- Repair, maintain, and replace damaged wooden components when necessary.
- Follow Japanese construction standards, company procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with supervisors and fellow workers to meet project schedules and quality standards.
- Participate actively in Japanese language training and cultural orientation programs.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
