CARPENTRY

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• 20–35 years old.

• Willing to perform hands-on carpentry and construction work.
• Able to follow instructions, workplace rules, and safety procedures.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Responsible, hardworking, cooperative, and willing to learn.
• Willing to adapt to the Japanese workplace environment and work practices.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry and wood construction work according to project requirements.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other construction materials.
• Construct and install wooden structures, frames, partitions, panels, doors, and other components.
• Perform carpentry work based on drawings, measurements, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and carpentry machinery safely and properly.
• Prepare wood materials and work areas before starting assigned tasks.
• Check measurements, alignment, dimensions, and fitting of completed carpentry work.
• Perform finishing, adjustments, repairs, and modifications to wooden structures and components.
• Assist with installation and assembly of prefabricated or prepared wooden materials.
• Inspect materials for defects and report damaged or unsuitable materials to supervisors.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.
• Follow proper procedures for handling, storing, and transporting construction materials.
• Follow Japanese workplace safety rules and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, construction workers, and other project personnel.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Participate in workplace training and learn Japanese construction methods and practices.
• Perform other carpentry and construction-related duties assigned by management.
