PRACTICAL NURSE

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Nursing; Others or similar fields.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proven experience in caregiving, patient care, or healthcare-related work.
• Knowledge of basic medication assistance, vital signs monitoring, and health observation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to maintain accurate care records and follow instructions carefully.
• Able to provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Willing to work in a professional homecare or caregiving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer or remind clients to take prescribed medications according to instructions.
• Monitor and record vital signs and observe changes in the client’s health condition.
• Report any significant changes, concerns, or health issues to the appropriate healthcare professional or family member.
• Provide companionship through conversation, recreational activities, and daily interactions.
• Offer emotional support and help maintain the client’s comfort and well-being.
• Assist with basic daily care and other activities according to the client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, medication reminders, health observations, and client progress.
• Follow proper health, safety, hygiene, and care procedures at all times.
• Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and healthcare personnel.
• Perform other caregiving and health-related duties as assigned.
