PROBECARD ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Wafer Testing Plant (CP) is required.
- Proven experience in probe card engineering, semiconductor equipment maintenance, or wafer probing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest V93000, EXA Platform, Teradyne UltraFLEX, or UltraFLEX Plus semiconductor testers.
- Experience operating and maintaining TEL and TSK wafer probers.
- Knowledge of probe card maintenance, needle adjustment, pin replacement, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for semiconductor production equipment.
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and semiconductor manufacturing standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor probers, probe cards, and wafer testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues affecting probers and probe card systems.
- Set up, calibrate, and optimize probe cards and wafer probing equipment before production.
- Perform needle adjustment, alignment, cleaning, and replacement to maintain testing accuracy.
- Replace damaged or worn probe pins and verify proper probe card functionality.
- Operate and maintain PRVX equipment and related semiconductor testing systems.
- Configure and support wafer testing operations using industry-standard semiconductor testers.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Advantest V93000, EXA Platform, Teradyne UltraFLEX, and UltraFLEX Plus testers.
- Operate and maintain semiconductor probers, including:
- TEL Probers: Precio, Procio XL, PREXA
- TSK Probers: UF3000, UF3000EX, AP3000
- Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and company operating procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production yield.
