Strong Way Industrial Co. (SWICO) is hiring skilled and motivated Factory Operators to join its manufacturing team in Taiwan. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive or motorcycle parts manufacturing and those familiar with CNC-related production processes. Applicants who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high production standards are encouraged to apply.
FACTORY OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 20 to 30 years old.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Experience in CNC machining or CNC-related operations is an advantage.
- Experience in automobile or motorcycle parts manufacturing, including assembly, inspection, measurement, honing, grinding, and deburring, is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- No height or weight requirement.
- Applicants with small tattoos are acceptable.
- Former Taiwan workers are welcome to apply, provided they have completed their previous contract and still have at least 9 years of remaining eligibility to work in Taiwan.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and weekends when required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Assist in the production of automobile and motorcycle parts through assembly, machining, inspection, and finishing processes.
- Perform honing, grinding, deburring, polishing, and other metal finishing tasks as required.
- Conduct visual inspections and precision measurements to ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Load and unload materials, machine components, and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and production areas.
- Follow quality control procedures and workplace safety regulations at all times.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining efficiency and product quality.
- Perform other manufacturing and production-related duties assigned by management.
