Tan Kong Precision Tech Co., Ltd is seeking skilled and motivated Male Technicians to join its precision manufacturing team in Taiwan. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a mechanical background and experience in CNC or NC machining who are looking to build a successful career in Taiwan’s advanced manufacturing industry.

MALE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• 20 to 35 years old.
• Graduate of a Mechanical-related course or a similar technical field.
• Experience operating CNC or NC machines is required.
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Manufacturing Technician is preferred.
• Height of at least 160 cm.
• Knowledge of machining processes, machine operation, and precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and weekends when required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and NC (Numerical Control) machines used in precision manufacturing.
• Set up machines, tools, and workpieces according to production specifications and engineering drawings.
• Perform machining operations while ensuring products meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections and precision measurements using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major mechanical or operational problems to supervisors.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic machine cleaning to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while complying with workplace safety regulations.
• Work closely with supervisors and production teams to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Perform other manufacturing and technical duties assigned by management.
