Yuan Cherng Industry Co., Ltd. is seeking skilled and experienced CNC, Lathe, Grinding, and Machine Operators to join its manufacturing team in Taiwan. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating CNC machines, lathes, grinding machines, and other production equipment to manufacture precision metal components while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 20 to 35 years old.
• Minimum height of 165 cm.
• Ex-Taiwan workers are welcome to apply, provided they are eligible to work for an additional six (6) years in Taiwan.
• Vocational or College Graduate.
• Must have at least two (2) years of factory work experience.
• Experience operating CNC machines, lathes, grinding machines, or similar manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of machining processes, machine safety, and quality control procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• No tattoo.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines, lathes, grinding machines, and other production equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings for production requirements.
• Perform precision machining, turning, grinding, and finishing operations according to specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and vernier tools.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
• Report machine malfunctions, quality issues, or production concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure all products meet customer and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Comply with company policies, workplace safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform other production and machine operation duties assigned by management.
