KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment or food processing machinery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in food machinery and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy parts, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
  Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and comply with company policies and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment and food processing machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce operational downtime.
• Repair or replace defective components, parts, and assemblies as required.
• Test equipment after maintenance and repairs to verify proper operation and safety.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and food industry standards.
• Coordinate with production personnel to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools, spare parts, and work areas.
• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors.

• Transcript of record and diploma (if college or vocational of 1year)
• Form 137 and diploma (high school)
