NSE Solutions S.R.O. is seeking qualified and experienced Metal Press Machine Operators to join its manufacturing and production operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will operate, inspect, adjust, and maintain assigned metal press machines while following production plans, work procedures, quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and established manufacturing regulations.

METAL PRESS MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience operating metal press machines is required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Practical knowledge of operating, checking, and adjusting metal press machines.
• Ability to perform prescribed measurements and quality checks accurately.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to understand and follow work procedures, production plans, technical instructions, and supervisor directives.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Strict adherence to Health and Safety (H&S) and fire protection rules, including the proper use of PPE.
• Knowledge of or willingness to comply with HACCP, BRCGS 6, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Chemicals Act requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate production reports, checklists, plans, records, and quality documentation.
• Responsible, disciplined, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned metal press machines safely and efficiently according to established work procedures and production requirements.
• Follow production line plans, work instructions, directives, and approved operating procedures.
• Set up and adjust machine settings and operating parameters according to production specifications.
• Check machine operation before and during production to ensure proper performance.
• Monitor the production process and promptly identify abnormal machine conditions or operating issues.
• Perform prescribed measurements and quality checks on manufactured metal components.
• Verify finished products against required dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify defective products, dimensional variations, machine irregularities, and other quality concerns.
• Make appropriate machine adjustments within the scope of assigned responsibilities to maintain production and quality requirements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of assigned machinery within authorized capabilities.
• Conduct routine machine checks and preventive maintenance activities as required.
• Keep machines, tools, and the surrounding production area clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor raw materials and components required for continuous production.
• Ensure proper handling and positioning of metal materials during press-machine operations.
• Maintain accurate workplace reports, checklists, production plans, inspection records, and other required documentation.
• Record production data, measurements, quality results, machine conditions, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Immediately report machine breakdowns, safety hazards, defective products, or other production issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow established quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Comply with workplace Health and Safety (H&S) and fire protection requirements.
• Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow applicable safety instructions.
• Follow HACCP, BRCGS 6, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Chemicals Act requirements applicable to the workplace and assigned duties.
• Handle chemicals and other production materials safely and in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace organization in accordance with production and safety standards.
• Cooperate with supervisors, quality personnel, maintenance staff, and other production workers to achieve production targets.
• Perform other machine operation, production, quality control, and maintenance-related duties assigned by management.
