Stock Officer

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Proficient in English communication.

Able to provide employment documents and credentials.

Willing to work overseas in Vanuatu.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate stock records.

Able to coordinate with other departments and follow inventory management procedures.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documents.

Record stock receipts, releases, transfers, and adjustments.

Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with recorded balances.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or damaged items.

Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and other departments regarding stock requirements.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.

Prepare inventory reports and maintain supporting documents.

Investigate stock discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Follow company procedures for inventory control, storage, and stock handling.
