F & B Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
- Previous experience with Bistro Group, Moment Group of Restaurants, or similar multi-unit restaurant operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management, food service operations, and hospitality industry standards.
- Proven experience in supervising both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and sales performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
- Supervise Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams to ensure smooth workflow and consistent brand execution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate restaurant staff and management personnel.
- Manage inventory levels, supplier relationships, and purchasing activities.
- Analyze operational reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Collaborate with senior management to support business expansion and continuous improvement initiatives.
