Royal Saray Resort is seeking experienced Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in a luxury hospitality environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for table preparation, order taking, serving food and beverages, processing guest requests, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
WAITER/WAITRESS
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Waiter or Waitress.
- Experience in food and beverage service is required.
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work well with kitchen and service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, set, and arrange tables according to service standards and instructions from the Captain.
- Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and professionally.
- Clear tables and properly clean and store service items after use.
- Present menus, explain available items, take customer orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
- Present bills and process guest payments accurately.
- Respond to guest requests in a polite, attentive, and professional manner.
- Build good rapport with customers by providing friendly and personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hospitality service standards.
