Royal Saray Resort is seeking skilled and customer-focused Bartenders to join its hospitality team in Bahrain. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing excellent guest service, maintaining bar operations, and creating a memorable experience for hotel guests in a luxury resort environment.

BARTENDER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Bartender or similar hospitality role.
• Open to male and female applicants.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, drink preparation, and bar operations.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to guest requests, standard recipes, and service guidelines.
• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with beverage stock management.
• Create and recommend cocktails, beverages, and drink selections based on guest preferences.
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Handle multiple guest orders efficiently during busy service periods.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
